The presentations aims and objectives were:
  • sharing Godwin’s story with the years 11s (220 pupils)
  • to engage them to think about the impact and consequences of knife crime
  • to get them to learn that positive decision-making equals positive consequences and negative decision-making equals negative impact
  • to encourage them to steer away from negative peer pressure
  • to share the story to their friends and spread their knowledge
  • to not carry a knife
