PARENTAL TRAINING

13 week program from the Race Equality Foundation.

“The course helped me to calm and control my temper and anger and deal with stressful situations.”

The SFSC Parent Support Programme is run by two trained SFSC Facilitators and helps parents to put appropriate boundaries in place to support or decrease risk-taking behaviour such as joining gangs, taking drugs or  being sexually exploited. This programme is accredited through the Open College Network  meaning you can gain credits for work taking part in this programme.

“The classes were excellent. The facilitators ensured that everyone was included. They listened to, respected and valued each person. The sessions were varied, well-paced and interesting. I would recommend this class to every parent.”
